Carpets that are loose at seems or along walls that have been incorrectly installed are cleaned at owners risk.
Any Questions concerning workmanship must be reported within 7 days of completion of work.
Customer understands that the carpet is damp during and after the cleaning and should be cautious when walking from the wet carpet to hard surface to avoid slipping and herby releases New Age Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning from any and all liability for injury's which might be sustained as a result thereof, Customer Understands that New Age Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is Not responsible for any pre-existing condition's, We cannot fully gurantee the complete removal of stains due the specific nature of stains and/or manufactured fabrics. Owner assumes all risk for any change in apperance in texture or SHRINKAGE as a result of our washing process.
