I had a very difficult stain on my fabric couch that I needed urgently removed, and they were able to come to my house the next day and make it disappear completely. Bought a mew home and carpets were badly stained. In 30 mins the entire upstairs was cleaned and no stains left. Carpet looks brand new! As you can see in the pictures, he had brought my sectional sofa seat back to life. After years off young kids dirty hands and spills, it looks close to brand new.
