It is second to none. My couch looked like it had just arrived brand new directly from the factory after he was done with it after my dog had made a mess all over because of a stomach upset. He was also very accommodating and prompt when I urgently needed him to swing by my home to clean my couch the next day. Upon arrival he knew exactly what to do and made the process very smooth and seamless. His professionalism speaks volumes about how much he cares for his customers. As you can see in the pictures, he had brought my sectional sofa seat back to life. After years off young kids dirty hands and spills, it looks close to brand new. At one point we thought about selling this sofa set, but after the cleaning that occurred, we could not be happier. Don’t think twice to call anyone else.

Prompt communications, on-time, great customer service and they did an amazing job on our couch, that was long overdue for a clean. And during COVID and working from home, they followed safety precautions and it was quieter than expected. The whole cleaning of our 5-seater sectional took less than 2 hours. Definitely would recommend – especially if you want your couch to feel like new again!

New Age arrived on the since and were able to immediately determine that the carpet was not sisal but just regular synthetic carpet. They proceeded to start with cleaning which took around 40min total. They were able to get out all of the stains, some of which I though had no hope! They haven’t looked this good since day !.
